Stress, poor posture and long hours behind a desk are all good reasons to book in for a regular Remedial Massage. Tight muscles can develop in anyone, not just elite athletes.  

Anyone is at risk of developing an injury or general muscular pain if they are not seeing a professional sports masseuse on a regular basis. The longer hours we work, the more stress we have and even if we only do moderate exercise our muscles tighten up. 

It’s the old saying that prevention is the best cure and we know this to be true for our health. Well, this applies to our muscular health also.
